have been here for almost 5 years and have definitely seen improvements in maintanence and repairs. The space and price are affordable and the neighbors mostly keep to themselves so it's pleasant. The office staff are always helpful and friendly even when I have had to complain about situations they always handled them professionally. The only con I would say is that parking can be packed especially on weekends, I would still recommend these apartments.

I have to say the staff here is always so nice. I love how quiet it is and how nice my neighbors are. The pool is always clean thanks to maintenance going out of their way to keep it up. Whenever I need anything the staff is always helpful. The school distract and helpful staff is the main reasons why I am going on 4 yrs living here.
